6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible return or exchange requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery. The approved item should then be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions.

Cost

Return shipping arrangements depend on the reason for the return and the applicable policy. Any approved return instructions will be provided by our team.

Authorisation

Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without the required approval or outside the applicable return procedure may be delayed or declined.

Condition on Arrival

Inspection & Outcome

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Ready-to-ship items may sometimes be cancelled before dispatch, while custom, engraved, resized or personalised pieces may become non-cancellable once production has started, subject to applicable consumer law.

7. Custom & Personalized Orders

• Custom, bespoke, engraved, resized and made-to-order pieces are produced according to the specifications confirmed for your order.
• You are responsible for checking the accuracy of names, dates, engraving text, ring sizes, metal choices, stone specifications and other personalised details before confirming the order.
• Production times are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity, materials, stone availability and the work required.
• Changes requested after production has started may not be possible and may result in additional costs or production time.
• Customised or personalised pieces may have different cancellation, return and exchange conditions, subject to applicable consumer law.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights where a custom item arrives faulty, damaged, defective or materially different from what was agreed.

8. Warranty

Ring of Solitaire may provide warranty coverage for eligible manufacturing defects in accordance with any warranty terms published with the product or elsewhere on our website.

Warranty coverage does not generally include ordinary wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, misuse, improper care, unauthorised repairs or alterations, or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by any voluntary warranty we provide.
