Lab-Grown Diamonds
A Lab-Grown Diamond Is a Real Diamond
A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond—not a simulant. It is made of crystallized carbon with the same crystal structure, chemical composition, hardness, brilliance and optical properties as a mined diamond.
Created using advanced technology that recreates the natural diamond-growing process, lab-grown diamonds offer the same timeless beauty and durability.
Independent gemological laboratories can grade lab-grown diamonds using established diamond grading standards, helping you understand their cut, color, clarity and carat.
Real Diamond. Modern Origin. Timeless Beauty.
From Seed to Diamond
How Lab-Grown Diamonds Are Made
CVD
A tiny diamond seed is placed inside a chamber filled with carbon-rich gas. Using controlled heat and energy, carbon atoms gradually settle onto the seed, building the diamond crystal layer by layer.HPHT
HPHT recreates the extreme pressure and temperature conditions found deep within the Earth. Carbon crystallizes around a diamond seed, forming a rough diamond that is later cut and polished.Cutting
Once grown, the rough diamond is carefully mapped, cut and polished by skilled craftsmen. Precision cutting transforms the rough crystal into the brilliant facets that create its signature sparkle.
What actually differs
Material — Lab-grown and mined diamonds are both made of crystallized carbon with the same fundamental chemical composition.
Sparkle & Fire — When cut to the same quality standards, both can deliver the same brilliance, fire and scintillation.
Certification — Lab-grown diamonds can be independently graded for their 4Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity and Carat.
Price — Lab-grown diamonds are generally available at a lower price than comparable mined diamonds, giving you more flexibility in your budget.
Origin — Lab-grown diamonds have a documented laboratory origin, while mined diamonds are extracted from natural deposits.
The choice is personal. Choose the diamond that fits your story, style and budget.
