What are your showroom hours?
Monday–Friday 10am–7pm, Saturday 11am–5pm, closed Sunday. Evening appointments are available on request.
How fast will I get a reply?
Same business day for messages sent before 4pm ET. Consultation bookings are confirmed within an hour during opening times.
Can you ship for a specific date?
Yes — tell us the date you need it by. Rush production is available, and we'll hold delivery to a date you choose at no extra cost.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship worldwide, and shipping is free on every order. Every package is fully insured and tracked, with a signature required on delivery. Import duties and taxes vary by country and are shown at checkout or collected by the carrier on arrival.
